Winding Down

One of the most important parts of the night-time story-time routine I’ve found is really being present, and not having the day of work, the piled-up housework, the bills to pay & daily stresses sitting with you in that extremely important connective time between parent and child.

I wrote this book so that the words as read -remind the parent/reader to calm themselves and reflect on their own day and in that same process have a flow on effect of calming energy to their children.
